Clarification of NATO objective (#4)

In response to Zohreh's comment, all I can say is that this is an air campaign involving all the member nations of NATO, which is the purpose of NATO's charter. It is like the campaign in Kosovo in that very vague sense, and I don't know anything more than that. The basic idea for this objective is that we would show our support for NATO's involvement if that is our last option (meaning that ALL diplomatic options have been exhausted and we have no choice but to use force against perpetrators of war crimes in order to create conditions conducive to the signing of a long term peace agreement).
